Job summary

Deliverect in Sydney is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead multi‑client software deployments, from SMB to Enterprise, ensuring successful integration of our platform with client operations.

You will configure integrations, deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. The role is full-time with a hybrid schedule: 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical implementation, customer support, or solutions consulting roles in SaaS.
• Experience with project management, timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations (JIRA or Asana).
• APIs, data management, system integrations; hands-on with Postman for testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving to resolve complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise clients, managing timelines and expectations with cross-functional teams.
• Configure the Deliverect platform to align with client requirements, integrating POS, online ordering, and third-party apps using API testing.
• Deliver training sessions and provide hands-on support during and after implementation.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues; escalate to Engineering or Product when needed.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback and improve the platform.
• Pursue opportunities to refine implementation workflows and improve client experience.

Your Impact:

As an Implementation Consultant at Deliverect, you will be pivotal in ensuring new clients, from SMB to Enterprise accounts, successfully adopt and integrate into our platform. Your expertise in guiding clients through seamless implementations will directly contribute to their long-term success and satisfaction, playing a crucial role in Deliverect's growth and impact on the evolving B2B SaaS landscape.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Sydney office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

• Lead multiple implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise/Key Accounts), managing timelines, client expectations, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams for successful delivery.
• Configure the Deliverect platform to align with specific client requirements, integrating POS systems, online ordering platforms, and various third-party applications, utilizing tools such as Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands‑on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues encountered during the implementation process, escalating complex problems to Engineering or Product teams and ensuring timely resolutions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to relay client feedback, contributing to platform enhancements and ensuring a seamless transition of clients to the Customer Success team post-implementation.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to refine implementation workflows, streamline operational processes, and elevate the overall client experience, sharing insights with the Professional Services team.

What you will Bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, customer support, or solutions consulting roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations, utilizing tools like JIRA or Asana.
• Technical proficiency in working with APIs, data management, and system integrations, including hands‑on experience with tools like Postman for API testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and the ability to engage clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk).
