Job summary

Zudello Pty is seeking an Implementation Consultant to help clients optimize finance operations using our AI-powered procure-to-pay and order-to-cash platform. You will lead discovery, map processes, and design efficient workflows in collaboration with client teams.

In this client-facing role, you’ll configure solutions, guide implementations through go-live, and build lasting relationships with stakeholders across finance, procurement and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, implementation or solution delivery.
• Experience working with finance, procurement, operations stakeholders.
• Strong skills in business process mapping and workflow design.
• Background in SaaS implementation, ERP consulting, onboarding or systems configuration.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, MYOB, Xero, Sage, Cin7 or SAP.

The Role

This is a client-facing consulting and implementation role.

Your main job?
Understand how customers work today, identify where the friction is, and help design a better way of working with Zudello.

You’ll work closely with finance, operations and procurement teams, running discovery, mapping processes, configuring solutions, guiding implementation, and helping clients get real value from the platform.

You’re not just there to gather requirements.

You’re there to lead customers through change, bring structure to messy processes, and make sure implementations actually succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews

• Mapping current-state processes across AP, AR, procurement and approvals

• Turning messy, undocumented workflows into clear implementation plans

• Configuring Zudello to match each customer’s business rules, workflows and ERP setup

• Managing client relationships and keeping projects moving

• Supporting testing, training and go-live

• Building trust with stakeholders from operational users through to senior decision-makers

• Identifying ways customers can get even more value from the platform over time

Knowledge & Experience

We’re open to different backgrounds, but you’ll likely have experience in:

• Client-facing consulting, implementation, business analyst or solution delivery roles

• Working with finance, procurement, operations or transformation stakeholders

• Business process mapping and workflow design

• SaaS implementation, ERP consulting, onboarding or systems configuration

• Finance or ERP platforms such as NetSuite, MYOB, Xero, Sage, Cin7 or SAP

• Exposure to AP, AR, invoicing, procurement, approvals or sales order workflows is highly regarded

You do not need to be a developer.
But you do need to be technically curious, comfortable with software, and excited by what automation and AI can do in real business environments.
