• Support students with work readiness and understanding workplace expectations.
• Match students with appropriate placement opportunities based on individual needs.
• Maintain regular communication with schools, employers, students, parents and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with local industry and business networks to increase participation.
• Coordinate and deliver stakeholder events and promotional activities.
• Develop newsletters, communications and marketing content to promote the program.
