Job summary

Flourish Australia is seeking an Employment Coordinator to join the Inclusive Employment Australia team in Surry Hills. The role involves connecting with participants, assisting with resumes and applications, and building relationships with local employers to identify opportunities.

You will support participants to overcome barriers to employment, track outcomes and KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure long-term employment success within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated or direct related experience in disability services.
• Evidence of high placement and retention rates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for workforce development and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with people accessing Flourish Australia's services to understand goals, strengths and challenges and help them build a pathway to employment.
• Provide practical support with resumes, job applications and interview preparation.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify opportunities to match participants with roles.
• Coach and support participants and employers after job start to sustain employment.
• Track progress, maintain records, achieve KPIs, and contribute to social impact.
