Launch Housing in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead social and affordable housing projects. You will manage end-to-end development from planning and procurement through to construction and handover, collaborating with internal teams, consultants, builders and government partners.

You will deliver projects within budgets, timeframes and quality standards while navigating complex development pathways and managing risks.

Competenze

Experience in property development or project management.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and report-writing skills.
Experience managing project budgets, risks, consultants and delivery milestones.

Manage the delivery of social and affordable housing developments and asset redevelopment projects.
Contribute to project feasibility, procurement strategies, budgets, tender processes and funding requirements.
Coordinate consultants, builders and external partners to achieve quality design and construction outcomes.
Manage project risks, costs, milestones and reporting, ensuring issues are identified and addressed early.
