Local Government contributions such as land and density approvals are a key feature that support growth.

Launch Housing has evidenced capacity to develop new homes and over the last 2 years, has delivered 118 new housing outcomes, including the multi award winning supported housing project at Viv’s Place which is now home to 60 women and over 100 children who are victim/survivors of family violence.
