Job summary

Ageing Australia invites a part-time Risk & Compliance Officer to join our governance team in Sydney. You will strengthen risk, compliance and assurance across the organisation, collaborating with leaders to embed strong controls and continuous improvement.

The role is 0.6 FTE, three days per week, with hybrid work options and benefits including paid leave and EAP. We seek candidates with experience in regulated environments, solid regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage competing

Qualifications

• Experience in risk and compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and regulatory application.
• Certification in risk/compliance highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise risk management: maintain and improve risk framework, registers, controls and processes.
• Compliance management: maintain obligations, policies, controls and attestations.
• Assurance management: coordinate audit activities and reporting.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities and support tech solutions.
