Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Risk & Compliance professional to join our team in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in the office and offers broad exposure across the business with varied work across multiple areas.

You will support our assurance program, assess policies and controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen risk management and compliance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a risk, compliance or audit role within financial services or professional services.
• Ability to interpret relevant legislative requirements and apply risk frameworks.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of business model, strategy, risk appetite and external environment.
• Deliver Line 2 monitoring and assurance activities with defined terms of reference.
• Prepare concise risk and compliance reports for management and board forums.
• Support tasks related to frameworks, tools and processes for risk management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen controls.
