Anglicare Sydney is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate care for residents with diverse needs in our residential aged care setting. You will work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to support quality of life, comfort and independence.

Key responsibilities include assessing and updating care plans, administering medications, documenting care, and applying infection prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration required.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to recognise changes in residents' condition and respond appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement and review individual care plans.
• Administer medications and maintain clinical documentation.
• Identify deterioration and escalate promptly.
• Apply infection prevention and control practices.
• Support the care team to deliver person-centred care.
