Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate clinical care for residents with complex needs. You will work with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team to identify changes early and support each resident’s quality of life.

Your responsibilities include assessing and updating individual care plans, administering medications, maintaining documentation, applying infection prevention practices and supporting the care team to deliver safe, person-centred care in

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
• Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, safe resident care and clinical escalation
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Recognise and escalate clinical changes promptly
• Apply infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak precautions
• Support care team members to deliver safe, person-centred care
