Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate clinical care for residents with diverse and complex needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support each resident’s quality of life.

You will assess, monitor and respond to changes in residents, administer medications with accurate documentation, and escalate concerns as needed. This role offers meaningful development within a respectful, values-based aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, safe resident care and clinical escalation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement and review individual care plans.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Recognise and elevate resident deterioration, incidents and near misses.
• Apply infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak precautions.
• Support care team members to deliver safe, person-centered care.
