The Department of Education and Training of Australia is seeking an APS4 Property Officer to provide operational and administrative support for the delivery of property and facilities services across the property portfolio.

You will coordinate contractors, monitor performance, manage service requests, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service outcomes, while applying government policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a valid Australian motor vehicle drivers licence.
• Obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).

• Monitor Property Service Provider performance and contractor management.
