Job summary

Downer Professional Services in Australia is seeking a Project Administrator to support a Defence program, coordinating governance, documentation and stakeholder engagement across Engineering, ILS and PMO teams.

You will prepare briefs, minutes and project reports, coordinate meetings, assist with risk and performance tracking, and help ensure delivery of complex Defence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Defence projects, programs or PMO environments.
• Strong project coordination, administration and governance skills.
• Demonstrated experience preparing minutes, reports, briefs and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating project activities across Engineering, ILS and PMO stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance activities.
• Prepare briefs, reports, submissions, minutes and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and reviews, including agendas, actions and follow-up activities.
• Assist with project test, evaluation and acceptance activities.
• Support project controls activities including risk, issue, action and decision registers.
• Assist with annual job income forecasting and project performance reporting.
