Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced APS4 level Participant Support Officers across Parramatta, Campbelltown, Newcastle and Wollongong in NSW. You will deliver administrative, operational and participant support services within a Federal Government context.

Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, in a full-time role with competitive pay and 12% superannuation. Immediate start available for candidates meeting the requirements. Australian citizenship is advised for this government position.

Responsibilities

• Managing participant enquiries and providing accurate information and support.
• Conducting administrative, operational and data management activities.
• Reviewing and analysing information to support decision-making processes.
• Making outbound calls to participants, providers and stakeholders.
• Managing workflow priorities and meeting performance deadlines.
• Applying relevant policies, procedures and legislative frameworks.
• Assisting with participant pathway and suitability assessments.
• Escalating complex matters where required.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives and team objectives.
• Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
