Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing therapy to NDIS participants across Derrimut and Werribee. The role supports individuals in achieving goals and maximizing funding within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• General AHPRA Registration required.
• Positive and flexible approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and a team player.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Working with Children Check.
• Experience in NDIS/disability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants in diverse settings (homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, community centres).
• Create therapy plans using evidence-based measures and support participants in achieving goals and optimizing NDIS funding.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
• Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub with colleagues and supervisors.
