Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver life-changing OT services to NDIS participants in Melton and surrounding areas. This role offers full-time or part-time (4 days per week) and a compensation package inclusive of annual leave loading, superannuation, vehicle options, laptop and mobile.

The position includes a Change Maker bonus potential up to $10,000, relocation reimbursement up to $5,000, supervision valued at up to $22,000, and PD allowance negotiable, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and General AHPRA Registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants.
• Work across diverse settings – homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
• Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
• Attend weekly team meetings and engage with mentors and supervision.
