Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or extensive experience in the Aged Care or Community Care sector.
• Ability to hold Working with Children (Blue Card), Disability Worker (Yellow Card) and pass checks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing teams.
• Previous scheduling experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an effective service schedule.
• Act as primary contact for selected client cluster.
• Provide line management and training to support workers.
• Serve as liaison between support workers and leaders.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centered service.
