Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic Employment & Training Programs Coordinator to lead the Community Careers project under Skilling Queenslanders for Work. You will guide participants from training to employment, manage group sessions and partner relationships, and ensure successful outcomes for job readiness and barriers removal.

The role emphasizes coordinating activities, reporting, and delivering hands-on support in a fast-paced environment while aligning with Endeavour

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating employability, work readiness, life skills, training workshops or group programs.
• Experience in Employment Services, Community Services, Workforce Development, Training, Disability Services, Career Development or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse participants.
• Ability to engage employers, training providers and community organisations.
• Strong administration and technical skills with MS Office and Teams.
• Organised, able to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Community Careers project and support participant job readiness.
• Manage participant recruitment, training delivery and project reporting.
• Support participants to gain nationally recognised skills and move into sustainable employment.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and employers to open employment pathways.
