As a key member of the Inclusive Employment Solutions team, you'll work closely with participants, training partners, employers and community stakeholders to support individuals on their journey from training to employment.
As Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of the Community Careers project, supporting participants to develop job readiness skills, overcome barriers to employment, and transition into sustainable work opportunities.
This hands-on role combines participant engagement, group facilitation, stakeholder relationship management, project coordination and employment-focused case management. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and where your work directly impacts people's lives.
