Job summary

Sureway Employment is seeking an Employment Consultant in Dubbo, NSW. You will support participants to set employment goals, build confidence, and connect them with local employers to create sustainable work outcomes.

You will work one-on-one with participants, promote their strengths, coordinate training where needed, and maintain accurate records to ensure program compliance while representing Sureway in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in client support or case management is beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads, stay organised and meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with participants to set employment goals and action plans.
• Build relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.
• Promote participants’ strengths and match them to suitable roles.
• Coordinate and access support services or training as needed.
