Job summary

Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion across Victoria, SA and NSW. You will work closely with the Project Manager and broader construction team to coordinate activities, maintain documentation and keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, contract administration or a similar construction role.
• Exposure to commercial, residential or medium-density construction projects is desirable.
• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across planning and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, registers, reporting and approvals.
• Assist with procurement, quotes, purchase orders and subcontractor engagement.
• Track project milestones, variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Support quality assurance, compliance and handover documentation.
• Help maintain strong communication between site and office-based teams.
