Job summary

Harnest, part of the Mazzei Group, is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support our construction delivery from pre-construction through completion across Victoria. You will work with the Project Manager and broader team to coordinate activities, maintain documentation and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll bring experience in project coordination or contract administration within construction, strong organisation, and proactive, solutions-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, contract administration or a similar role within construction.
• Exposure to commercial, residential or medium-density construction projects.
• Qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred.
• Strong organisation and document-control skills.
• Clear and confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across the planning and delivery of projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, registers, reporting and approvals.
• Assist with procurement, quotes, purchase orders and subcontractor engagement.
• Track project milestones, variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Support quality assurance, compliance and handover documentation.
• Help maintain strong communication between site and office-based teams.
