Real Futures Pty is seeking a Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia at Belmont. The role focuses on guiding the operational team, managing budgets, and driving KPI performance to support clients through the employment services process.

You will build and sustain relationships with host organisations, employers and community partners while ensuring strategic execution and risk awareness across programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills.
• Knowledge of risk management approaches, including risk assessments for work activities.

Responsabilités

• Providing support and direction to the operational team.
• Promoting and fostering strong relationships with host organisations, RTOs, community organisations, employers and stakeholders.
• Contractual and technical support to operational staff.
• Ability to review operational plans for successful outcomes.
