AKG is seeking a Business Manager for Inclusive Employment Australia based in Logan Central, Queensland. This full-time role focuses on managing budgets, KPIs, and performance while leading a diverse operational team within a 12-month max term contract.

You will develop strategies to support customers through the employment services process, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery of programs across host organisations and community partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing budgets and KPI tracking.
• Ability to lead teams to meet targets and drive performance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the operational team and monitor KPI performance.
• Foster relationships with host organisations, RTOs, community organisations and employers.
• Provide contractual and operational support to staff and review plans for outcomes.
• Drive strategies to support customers through the employment services process.
