Job summary

Interaction Disability Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide high-quality, evidence-based support to participants across the Central Coast.

You will work closely with participants, families and stakeholders to place goals and rights at the center of every plan, while maintaining thorough clinical notes and adherence to the NDIS Code of Conduct. Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration and suitability confirmation.
• Degree or qualification in health, teaching, social work, psychology or therapy.
• Experience delivering positive behaviour support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based behaviour support.
• Develop and implement behaviour support plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation.
• Work under supervision and contribute to professional development.
