Job summary

Benetas in Victoria seeks a Support Services Officer to back the Community Health & Care regional team with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring responsive, efficient and person-centred care for older Victorians.

Based across Blackburn and Mooroolbark, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, families and stakeholders, maintaining confidential records and supporting reporting and quality activities. Join a values-driven not-for-profit culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service, ideally within aged care or community services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including taking meeting minutes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client, family and stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth regional services.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and documentation.
• Assist with reporting, audits, quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships and promote Benetas values and customer experience principles.
