Alpha Omega Management Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounts Officer to join our finance team, supporting AP and AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Based in Cabramatta, we serve Sydney clients with care, expanding to other states; you will partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate payments and timely claims.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, discretion, and reliability in a meaningful health services context.

Qualificações

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an Accounts Officer, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or similar accounting role.
• Experience in the aged care, NDIS, or health services sector is highly desirable.
• Integrity & discretion in handling confidential financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, submit, and reconcile SAH claims, including proactively following up on rejections and variances.
• Upload claims to Services Australia and investigate any rejected claims alongside operational teams.
• Process Services Australia remittance advice and allocate payments accurately across our CRM, accounting software, and client statements.
• Issue invoices, credit notes, and client statements.
• Manage AR follow‑up, customer statements and enquiries, debtor reconciliations, and weekly aged debt reports.
• Follow up on outstanding client payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Review and upload third‑party provider expenses into the CRM/finance system.
• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding and approval.
