Bendigo and District Aboriginal Cooperative (BDAC) is seeking a Safety and Response Case Support Worker (Identified) to join its Family Safety Team in Bendigo. This Aboriginal-designated role supports practitioners, assists survivors of family violence, and administers the Flexible Support Packages Portal with attention to privacy and service quality.

• Qualification in Community Services or related field, or working toward one.
• Experience with Aboriginal community members or Aboriginal organisations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to Specialist Family Violence Practitioners and other programs.
• Assist practitioners to provide client-facing and practical support to survivors of family violence.
• Monitor and administer the Flexible Support Packages (FSP) Portal and applications.
• Liaise with external partners and services to facilitate referrals and brokerage.
• Keep accurate records in line with privacy and legislative requirements.
