Guide Dogs Queensland is seeking a Business Improvement Lead to enhance how we work and deliver services across the organisation. You will combine business analysis, project management and continuous improvement to identify opportunities and turn them into practical outcomes.

You will collaborate with leaders, frontline teams and subject‑matter experts to understand challenges, improve processes and support adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in business analysis, continuous improvement or a similar analytical role.
Experience contributing to or leading projects that have improved processes, systems or service delivery.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience in process mapping and interpreting data.
Ability to plan and coordinate multiple initiatives with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities in consultation with teams across the organisation.
Analyse current processes and develop process maps to support better ways of working.
Lead improvement projects from scoping through implementation and evaluation.
Support leaders and staff to embed improvements into daily practice.
