Guide Dogs NSW/ACT is seeking a visionary General Manager, Social Change to lead our social change agenda across government relations, advocacy campaigns and community partnerships. You will translate evidence and lived experience into measurable impact, shaping policy and driving systemic change for people with low vision or blindness.

You will lead a specialist team, collaborate across the organisation and with external stakeholders to elevate our influence and deliver meaningful outcomes,

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience in policy, advocacy or government relations.
• Experience leading strategies that influence policy or community attitudes.
• Strong knowledge of public policy processes and political environments.
• Ability to build influential relationships with government and community partners.
