Job summary

Independence Australia Group is looking for a Business Analyst to connect business goals with smart technology solutions, helping teams move faster and deliver better outcomes from West Footscray.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, map and improve processes, define clear requirements, and produce artefacts to guide delivery and testing, with UAT support and adoption. This is a full‑time role based at our West Footscray office, with hybrid arrangements through June 2028.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and process modelling.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented.
• Experience working within complex or multi-system environments (ERP, Finance, Risk, Property, Marketing, and other enterprise platforms).

Responsibilities

• Drive discovery with stakeholders to understand goals and translate needs into clear statements.
• Facilitate workshops and 1:1 sessions to elicit, refine and validate requirements.
• Scope and shape improvements across products, systems and processes end to end.
• Produce high-quality BA artefacts to guide delivery and testing.
• Enable rollout through change support including UAT coordination and adoption.
