Mission Seek in Australia is seeking a consultant to advise existing projects on developing business models related to women's empowerment and literature production. The role requires strong communication and capacity building with national staff and project beneficiaries.

You will train staff in business development, marketing and sales management, and facilitate turning projects into sustainable enterprises, in a challenging environment where learning local language and culture is valued.

Formación

• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in literature production and related processes.
• Experience in business development and market-facing activities.
• Ability to train and build capacity of staff and project beneficiaries.

Responsabilidades

• Advise existing projects on developing business models related to women’s empowerment and literature production.
• Train national staff and project beneficiaries in business development, marketing and sales management.
• Facilitate development of a project into a sustainable business.
• Work in a physically demanding environment and learn local language and culture; apply business principles to micro-finance models.
