Responsibilities

• Independently manage and progress a caseload of complex cases, ensuring investigative actions lead to robust, evidence-based decisions and meet productivity targets.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of legislation, policy and guidance on deprivation, revocation, cancellation and curtailment; apply updates to casework.
• Conduct thorough, intelligence-led investigations and interviews; record rationale and outcomes to support transparent decisions.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team forums; share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting work across Status Review Unit functions and collaborating with the management team.
• Conduct face-to-face interviews via Microsoft Teams when required; engage with customers in a public-facing role.
