Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins is seeking a charismatic Dining Experience Host for an immersive dining event in Melbourne's CBD. You’ll welcome guests, deliver scripted introductions, and engage audiences with storytelling and theatrical flair.

Qualifications

Confident personality with strong stage presence and clear speaking skills.
Background or interest in drama, acting, theatre, performing arts or live entertainment.
Ability to learn scripts and deliver them naturally and consistently.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and set the scene for an immersive dining experience.
Deliver scripted introductions and course presentations with confidence and flair.
Engage guests through storytelling, humour and natural conversation.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to align each course with the show.
Operate audiovisual and projection controls after training.
Read the room and adapt delivery to different ages and occasions.
Handle guest inquiries professionally and support smooth session flow.
Assist with room preparation, presentation and resetting between experiences.
