The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable Process Worker / LF Forklift Operator to join a busy production and warehouse operation in Banksmeadow.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable splitting their time between the production line and warehouse.

You will be working with animal health products and supplements, assisting with production, packing and warehouse duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on the production line packing and handling animal health products and supplements
• Packing, labelling and preparing products for dispatch
• Performing quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards
• Manual handling and lifting of products weighing up to 10kg
• Operating an LF forklift to move and position stock
• Loading and unloading trucks using the forklift
• Moving pallets and stock safely throughout the warehouse
• Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
• Following workplace procedures, safety requirements and production instructions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence - MUST HAVE

• Demonstrated experience loading and unloading trucks using an LF forklift - MUST HAVE

• Previous experience in a production, process, warehouse or pick/pack environment

• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling and lift up to 10kg

• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to follow instructions, procedures and safety requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
