Job summary

Experis is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson and Forklift Operator in Epping for a busy distribution centre. This role combines pick packing with forklift duties in a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm schedule, offering a clear path to permanent employment after 3 months.

The ideal candidate will hold an LF licence with at least 12 months counterbalance experience, plus high reach know-how. RF scanning, accuracy, and reliability are essential.

• Minimum 12 months counterbalance forklift experience.
• High Reach forklift experience is highly regarded.
• Previous warehouse, pick packing or dispatch experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.

• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• 80% Pick packing, dispatch & general warehouse duties.
• 20% Forklift operation (Counterbalance & High Reach).
• Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Stock replenishment and movements.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory control.
• General warehouse housekeeping and safety compliance.

Manpower is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator for a busy and well-established distribution business based in Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse role and is looking for a long-term temp-to-permanent position.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, this role offers stability, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after 3 months.

About the Role

This is a primarily warehouse-based position, with approximately:

• 80% Pick Packing, Dispatch & General Warehouse Duties
• 20% Forklift Operation (Counterbalance & High Reach)

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners
• Preparing and dispatching orders accurately and on time
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts
• Stock replenishment and stock movements
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory control
• General warehouse housekeeping
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Minimum 12 months Counterbalance forklift experience
• High Reach forklift experience (highly regarded)
