Electro Optic Systems is seeking an ILS Team Lead to coordinate and deliver all Integrated Logistics Support requirements for Australian Defence projects and other EOS initiatives. The role collaborates with Systems Engineering, Aftermarket and Services, and Programs teams to meet quality and budget targets.

The successful candidate will engage directly with customers to understand and deliver requirements, leveraging extensive Australian Defence Logistics knowledge to drive effective logistics

Formación

• Experience in an ILS domain is required.
• Experience working within a CASG environment is desirable.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role is expected.
• Experience in the defence sector is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, capture and allocate all project Logistic requirements to appropriate resources.
• Draft project Logistics documentation (e.g., Integrated Support Plans, Codification Data, Technical Data Lists, Provisioning Lists).
• Manage delivery of Logistic requirements for the project and obtain Customer Acceptance.
• Apply life cycle cost modelling and logistics support analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Implement processes to support acquisition and sustainment of equipment per Defence requirements.
• Participate in ILS Planning workshops and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Engage with Project Managers and PMG regarding deliverables.

The role will be responsible for working with all aspects of the Systems Engineering discipline, along with the Aftermarket and Services and Programs team to ensure that all ILS requirements are met on time, within budget and to the customer’s quality requirements.

Primary Duties

• Ensure that all the project’s Logistic requirements are identified, captured and allocated to appropriate resources.
• Draft project Logistics documentation as required. This includes, but is not limited to Integrated Support Plans, Codification Data, Technical Data Lists, Recommended Provisioning Lists and other ILS documentation.
• Manage the delivery of all Logistic requirements for the allocated Project and engage with the customer to ensure Customer Acceptance.
• Ensure the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics operations by employing life cycle cost modelling and logistics support analysis techniques
• Implement processes and procedures to support the acquisition and sustainment of equipment in accordance with Defence requirements
• Participate in ILS Planning workshops and work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Engage the Project Managers and the Project Management Group as required regarding deliverables.
