Job summary

EOS Defence Systems Pty Ltd is seeking an ILS Team Lead to coordinate and deliver all ILS requirements for Australian Defence projects, and related EOS initiatives, working with the Systems Engineering discipline, Aftermarket and Services teams to meet customer quality requirements on time and within budget.

A solid background in Australian Defence Logistics is required to engage with customers, understand requirements, and deliver effective ILS documentation and plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in ILS domain.
• Experience working within CASG environment.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Clearance.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in defence sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver all ILS requirements for projects.
• Draft and manage Logistics documentation (e.g., Integrated Support Plans, Codification Data, Technical Data Lists, provisioning lists).
• Manage delivery of Logistics requirements and engage with customers for Acceptance.
• Apply life cycle cost modelling and logistics analysis to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Work with Defence requirements, and participate in ILS Planning workshops with stakeholders.

Education

ILS domain experience

CASG environment experience

AGSVA Baseline Clearance ability

Minimum 3 years in similar role

Defence sector experience desirable
