Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking an Identity and Access Manager to establish and lead our IAM capability across a hybrid environment. You will shape strategy, governance and day-to-day operations of identity services.

Working with stakeholders, you will drive automation across the employee and contractor lifecycle and influence the future identity roadmap while delivering measurable outcomes in a growth‑minded, people‑centric organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, establishing or significantly enhancing an Identity & Access Management capability with clear outcomes.
• Deep expertise across Microsoft identity technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity environments.
• A hands-on technical leader who enjoys designing, configuring and implementing solutions while shaping strategy and governance.
• Strong experience automating identity and access processes through scripting and workflow automation.
• The ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams balancing security with operational efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Identity and Access Manager, you will establish, build and lead DuluxGroup's Identity and Access Management capability, shaping the strategy, governance and day-to-day operation of identity services across a hybrid environment. This is a rare opportunity to establish a dedicated IAM function, bringing together capabilities that are currently distributed across the organisation and designing scalable identity governance, provisioning and access management solutions that improve security, user experience and operational efficiency.

Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll drive automation across the employee and contractor lifecycle, influence the future identity roadmap and help simplify the Group's identity landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both setting direction and delivering outcomes, within a growth-minded, people-centric organisation that empowers employees to take ownership and run the business as if it were their own.

What We’re Looking for:

• Deep expertise across Microsoft identity technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity environments.
• A hands-on technical leader who enjoys designing, configuring and implementing solutions while also shaping strategy, governance frameworks and future roadmaps.
• Strong experience automating identity and access processes through scripting, workflow automation and emerging technologies that improve efficiency, governance and user experience.
• The ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of teams, balancing security requirements with operational efficiency and a seamless employee experience.
