Job summary

Marquistech is seeking a tester to plan, prepare and execute test scenarios for mobile telecom systems, devices and modem technologies. You will perform functional, regression, reliability and performance testing on 5G NR SA/NSA, LTE, IMS, VoNR, VoLTE and EPS Fallback.

Analysing logs with QXDM/QCAT, investigating defects and preparing detailed reports, you will support automation to improve coverage and collaborate with engineering and carrier teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Plan, prepare and execute test scenarios for mobile telecom systems, devices and modem technologies.
• Perform functional, regression, reliability, sanity, KPI and performance testing.
• Test and validate 5G NR SA/NSA, LTE, IMS, VoNR, VoLTE and EPS Fallback functionality.
• Perform modem protocol testing and validate device behaviour under different network conditions.
• Conduct mobility, throughput and handover testing across varying RF environments.
• Analyse modem and system logs to identify technical issues and performance problems.
• Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis and prepare detailed defect reports.
• Validate mobile devices and modem platforms, including Qualcomm and MediaTek-based technologies.
• Execute test cases on pre-release and post-release software builds.
