As an ICT Systems Test Engineer, you will be undertaking the following duties: To produce & carry out test cases and regression testing

To write, specify & develop test plans & test scripts To carry out auditing and monitoring of system procedures and processes, and make recommendations for current and future strategies relating to software and hardware To create performance defect reports and document test results

To provide training and technical guidance for operational procedures and application software To conduct audit inspections to ensure high quality assurance To organize & implement review of systems, data and documentation To recommend & execute action plans to achieve improvements & correction towards resolving instances of non-adherence to standards To diagnose, test, troubleshoot and resolve system problems and issues To use automated software applications for testing reliability, functionality & performance of the systems

To ensure maintenance of inventory systems with established specifications To conduct tests in order to assess functionality and identify, diagnose & address any performance errors found in systems, To program code within specified testing protocols within established quality standards & guidelines To review existing databases as well as create a catalogue of technical reports & documentation of all, instructional, procedural and operational guides and manuals The position will report to the Director.

The job will be full-time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Successful applicants must have: Qualifications: Relevant bachelor's degree qualification or higher. Experience: 3 years previous experience or more in a similar role in lieu of formal qualification.
