Job summary

AI Talent is seeking an ICT Support and Test Engineer in Sydney to ensure system integrity and performance. The role combines technical support, QA, and testing to maintain quality and standards across our ICT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ICT support, testing, or QA experience.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and audit processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot diverse ICT systems across hardware, software, OS and network.
• Experience documenting test plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of database management and system security.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audit inspections across systems, data, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printers, databases, OS, email, and network issues.
• Test functionality and integrity of systems and code per defined protocols.
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and guidelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and testing reports.
• Assist in system upgrades, installations, configurations, and patch management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ICT initiatives.
