Job summary

Kinetic IT is seeking a Pre-Sales Architect to bridge customer needs with innovative technology solutions. You will design scalable ICT solutions and collaborate with Sales to shape winning strategies, lead workshops, and contribute to proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.

You will provide technical leadership across Cloud, End User Computing, and Cyber Security, ensuring feasible, cost-effective outcomes for complex ICT environments. This is a hybrid role based in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales consulting, or technical delivery within complex ICT environments.
• Strong ability to design and articulate end-to-end technology solutions for customers.
• Broad knowledge across Cloud & Infrastructure, End User Computing and Cyber Security.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, tenders, or customer solution engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Australian Citizen with a minimum Baseline clearance required and the ability to achieve and retain NV1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Designing scalable, supportable, and cost effective ICT solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Partnering with Sales and Account Directors to shape winning solution strategies.
• Lead customer workshops, technical presentations and solution discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and content for proposals, tenders, EOIs, and RFPs.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery and commercial teams to ensure solutions are feasible and achievable.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of reusable pre-sales assets, solution frameworks and best practices.
• Provide market and customer insights to support future growth opportunities.
