HOBAN Recruitment, in partnership with a large Federal Government agency, seeks an experienced APS6 Project Officer to support delivery of complex ICT and digital transformation initiatives. You will coordinate activities, monitor deliverables, manage risks, and ensure alignment with priorities and timeframes.

This role offers exposure to large-scale ICT programs, collaboration across business and technical teams, and a pathway to contribute meaningfully to Australian public sector outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects within ICT or digital delivery environments.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience developing and maintaining project artefacts and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support the delivery of ICT project activities across a complex program environment.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risk and issue registers, action logs and reporting documentation.
• Prepare governance packs, meeting agendas, minutes, briefing papers and status reports.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies and deliverables, escalating risks and issues where required.
• Engage with a broad range of stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Support project governance, planning, prioritisation and continuous improvement activities.
