Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ICT projects in complex environments.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as education, local government, healthcare or similar environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, networks, applications, or systems projects.
• Strong governance, planning methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with transition or service migration projects is advantageous.

Our client is seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the scoping, planning and coordination of a diverse portfolio of technology projects. This fixed term opportunity is ideal for a delivery-focused professional with a strong background managing ICT initiatives within complex, regulated environments.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering projects across infrastructure, applications, and organisational transitions, particularly involving the migration of services, systems, or functions from one entity to another.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Drive project scoping, planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of project activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives, including infrastructure, networks, applications, and broader IT systems projects.
• Coordinate project resources, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and risk management.
• Support transition and transformation activities involving the movement of services, systems, or operational functions between organisations or business units.
• Provide regular project reporting, status updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You

• Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager delivering technology projects in complex environments.
• Industry experience within regulated sectors such as education, local government, healthcare, or similar environments will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience delivering infrastructure, network, application, or systems-related projects.
• Strong understanding of project governance, planning methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience managing transition or service migration projects will be highly advantageous.
