Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting for an ICT Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract) for an Eastern Suburbs location in Melbourne. The role focuses on scoping, planning, and coordinating a diverse portfolio of technology projects within regulated environments.

You will lead end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, applications, and organisational transitions, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timelines. Salary packaging options and 5 weeks annual leave are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering ICT projects in complex environments.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as education, local government, healthcare or similar environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, networks, applications, or systems projects.
• Strong governance, planning methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with transition or service migration projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline and quality objectives are met.
• Drive project scoping, planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and coordination of activities.
• Manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives across infrastructure, networks, applications and IT systems.
• Coordinate project resources, vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery and risk management.
• Support transition and transformation activities involving movement of services or functions between organisations.
• Provide regular project reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
