Qualifications

• A relevant ICT qualification with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience with Azure, Windows Server and network devices.
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ICT projects and tasks.
• Current Victorian driver licence required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely ICT support services to staff, Board, volunteers and visitors.
• Offer hardware and software support and maintenance for essential services.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Coordinate ICT tasks and project-based activities.
• Communicate effectively on ICT matters with customers.
