Job summary

Mallee District Aboriginal Services (MDAS) seeks a Manager ICT to lead our ICT team and ensure reliable, secure technology services across Mildura and regional locations. You will oversee service delivery, infrastructure, security operations and projects to support high-quality community services.

Based at Mildura with travel to other MDAS sites, the role includes an after-hours on-call roster. This full-time fixed-term contract is for 3 years with salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an ICT team across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud services.
• Strong cyber security controls and risk management understanding.
• Experience managing ICT budgets and projects, with a customer-focused approach.
• Commitment to culturally safe service delivery with Aboriginal communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT operations across MDAS, ensuring reliable service.
• Oversee service desk, infrastructure, networks, and end-user devices.
• Manage cyber security controls, access management and incident response.
• Forecast, budget and procure ICT resources and projects.
• Support culture-safe, inclusive service delivery for communities.
• Travel between Mildura, Swan Hill, Kerang and outreach sites.
