Job summary

Hudson AU is seeking a graduate or early‑career procurement professional to support sourcing, contracting and supplier management across ICT and indirect categories. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver procurement solutions.

This role offers opportunities to participate in tenders, evaluations, negotiations and contract awards, with hands-on exposure to procurement processes and contract administration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in ICT, business, commerce, procurement or related discipline.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing or contract administration.
• Exposure to ICT procurement, technology services or indirect categories.
• Understanding of procurement and contracting processes.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Experience with ERP/Procure-to-Pay systems is advantageous.
• Current C Class driver’s licence and willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across ICT and indirect categories.
• Assist with tenders, evaluations, commercial analysis, negotiations and contract awards.
• Prepare procurement and contract documentation.
• Support ongoing contract administration, including variations, claims and milestones.
• Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.
• Undertake market research and supplier analysis.
• Maintain accurate procurement and contract records and support reporting requirements.
• Contribute to procurement process and category improvements.
