Your new role

• Partnering with stakeholders to identify ICT procurement opportunities and deliver commercially sound outcomes
• Providing expert advice on ICT procurement strategy, market engagement and sourcing approaches
• Reviewing, analysing and negotiating contracts to ensure favourable commercial terms and mitigate risk
• Driving greater competition and value through procurement activities
• Uplifting procurement capability across the business through coaching, guidance and education
• Leading and supporting end-to-end procurement processes across a range of categories
• Navigating complex and often ambiguous procurement challenges with confidence and creativity
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement frameworks, policies and practices

What you’ll need to succeed

We are seeking a commercially minded procurement professional who combines strong technical procurement knowledge with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial management or contract management
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contracts, identify risks and uncover value opportunities
• Experience providing strategic procurement advice to senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across a business
• The confidence to work independently, prioritise competing demands and manage your own portfolio
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in changing or ambiguous environments
• Experience across technology procurement will be highly regarded
